For the purpose of these Terms of Use we use the words "eCompliance", "we" or "us" to refer to the owner and operator of the Website.

These Terms of Use are the binding legal agreement between you, visitor of our Website and/or user of our Services as defined below (the "Customer", "you"), and eCompliance.

By accessing, browsing and using the Website and/or ordering and using the Services, the Customer irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). Further, the Customer agrees to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the use of the Website and Services. If the Customer enters into a written agreement with eCompliance regarding the Services, these Terms shall prevail, unless otherwise provided in the written agreement executed by both parties.

1.1 eCompliance provides the platform on which Customers may request services and products in relation to corporate and personal identity verification, document review as well as professional services to be provided by service providers (the "Services"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Services are provided by third party sub-processors. eCompliance hosts and operates the Website, on which the Services can be accessed, requested and received from service providers.

1.2 eCompliance reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the Website without notice. eCompliance will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of all or any portion of the Website.

2. YOUR LICENSE

2.1 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, eCompliance hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to access the Website and use the Services only for your internal business and personal purposes.
